close to the main sights
very dirty rooms, cold and wind blows from window, linen and towels they don't change, it was disgusting
The television does not work; they don't make the beds; the air conditioning does not work; the bathrooms are not clean
The towels are not clean
the service is bad. All the staff is super rude.

The room was great!

Great welcoming.
Was not looking for food service. The security was was great.
Lincoln Center across the street. Breads Bakery around the corner. The subway just a few blocks away.
Everything was great about this place especially the customer service, everybody was friendly and well mannered. will definitely be coming back here again
the only thing negative was the $10 hotel fee they charge you per day but to be honest if you plan a vacation to NY, your bound to spend more money than expected.
