The front desk (Maria, Ruby & Diana) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Adrienne was exceptionally friendly &helpful.
I'd definitely recommend West Flamingo Bay to anyone heading to Vegas.
Everything so peaceful and quiet and everybody was so friendly!!
The air conditioner stoped worked, when I arrived to the room it was 12 am and nobody was available to fix the problem, but fortunately after 1 hour approximately I tried to turn on and off the air conditioner started again.
The bed was comfortable. The suite was very pretty with very nice amenities and I like the location.
The entire stay was absoutely amazing from check-in to check-out. We were greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Diana who checked us in was very professional and gave us a good rundown of the property, and things to do in the area. Furthermore, when we are in the Vegas area this property will be our "Go To" for lodging.
