Nice, clean, updated facility. Helpful staff and room is mostly well appointed.
Very clean and comfortable , friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast for an extra cost, great location, free parking.
Good location, close to everything. Hotel has a restaurant which was good. Beds were comfortable.
The room was very comfortable decorated in a lush victorian style the linens and towels are of high quality the room and common areas are very clean the restaurant has excellent food all staff were friendly and helpful
Convenient to downtown Skagway. Room was smallish but comfortable, especially the bed. Staff was pleasant.
