It was very clean and safe feeling my little boy loved the pool! Rooms were comfortable other than the pillows. Breakfast was good.. the man that checked us in was so good! He was so friendly, helpful, and kind! He gets a 10/10 for guest service from me- (I didn’t get his name unfortunately)
It's an older structure but it was still comfortable and clean.
Very well kept up. Night shift person working was PHENOMENAL. Our rooms fire alarm kept beeping when it was time for bed. The night clerk at the front desk very kindly allowed us to switch rooms. The other room we stayed in was beautiful and even seemed slightly bigger. THANK YOU SIR for your kindness!
The prompts to ensure any and all additional requests were handled expeditiously.
Everything was wonderful. It met all of our expectation. And we take another trip. I will be coming back to stay at Wingate.
