The staff was friendly and extremely helpful as always. The room was clean and we had no trouble receiving help with the things we needed once we arrived.

The staff is lead by Jose the G.M. This guy goes above and beyond to be helpful and makes you truly believe he is on your side and gives you the best customer service by all the staff. I had an incident here and Jose took control of it and helped out 5 other residents. I give a the whole overall experience 4.5 stars and thank you for making things plesan
