We did not have the breakfast but we did experience the BEST customer service ever at a chain hotel. There was a mix up in our reservation between booking.com and the hotel so we had to get that sorted out and in the end, we got a lovely little suite with a fabulous view and plenty of in-room coffee (top-notch quality) and water. The porter, John, was so helpful and he really went above and beyond with several trips re: our luggage plus tips and advice on things to do in the area. The concierge, Aly, was also extremely helpful in that regard and she helped us plan our itinerary for the next day and found us a wonderful little restaurant for dinner. She spent 20 minutes going over our maps with us and marking the places we should see.

Highly recommend this hotel. Everything from the staff to the room was top notch. Was in town for my daughter's 5th birthday and the front desk went above and beyond to make her feel special by giving her a goodie bag as well as handwritten card. Will definitely come back if we are in town once again.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a great dinner for Valentine’s Day. The smiling staff, clean rooms, easy access to the building, and plenty of parking made for a pleasant stay. As a bonus, there is a Buckey’s across the street when exiting. It’s definitely worth the money.
