Great staff who were helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, and greeted us every time we went in and out during our trip!
Comfortable spacious room with separate living room/kitchenette. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooftop was clean and beautiful at night. The room was comfortable and clean!
I like Art Deco, so I was very pleased to see so many Art Deco features in the hotel - whether they were original or not. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Balboa Park or Gaslamp District.
Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Thoughtfully and stylishly decorated with old pictures or posters of San Diego in the early 20th century.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a group of relatives from California, Texas, and the Netherlands, staying at Worldmark Balboa Park for a wedding. Since the hotel was fully booked for that weekend, I stayed in a different hotel nearby - and was free to walk in and out to meet my relatives. I really appreciated this.
