Rooms were clean, housekeeping was available. Breakfast was very good, and the bar drinks were excellent plus the bartender Rico was very attentive and personable. I recommend this hotel. Next time we’re in town I would stay there again.
The Interior of the Hotel was beautiful I love the whole setup from the lounge to the bar even outside facilities around the pool would definitely say here again but next time I will book room as a little bit more closer to the Elevator being that I'm disabled And would definitely take advantage of all the beauty that's outside
Location , convenience, 4star appearance, space! The hotel honestly deserved more than what I paid for 3 nights, 2 family rooms on News Year’s Eve. Bf was just simple if you aren’t a heavy bf person but you can ask for more and pay separate. I recommend this hotel for business, leisure, big functions or weddings, parties, it deserves it. It’s beautiful!
We didn't eat breakfast. The room was fine and what we needed but it definitely needs more lighting. Also more mirrors. That would make it greater.
I love this hotel! I've had several stays at this hotel when I'm traveling. It's always clean the staff is always friendly. I did have an issue with the elevator on the floor I was staying and when I voiced my concern the manager switched me to a different room without any hassle or hesitation!! It was outstanding customer service and concern for my safety!
