There is someone at the front desk 24/7 which is great for later check ins. They apparently have security walking the parking lot overnight and our car wasn't broken into 👍
The beds were comfy (on the softer side, same with the pillows). The water pressure in the shower was strong. The water was nice and hot. The room was big and spacious with a microwave and fridge. The sheets were clean. It is also walking distance to the Pechanga Arena which is one of the places we were going on our visit. It was super convenient to not have to drive or deal with traffic and parking when going to the arena. It's also walking distance to a good breakfast place - Broken Yolk Cafe.
We stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night. The room we were given was beside the elevator on the first floor. The noise in the morning, between 7am and 10am or so was like there wasn't even a wall between us and the folks leaving. Luggage bump-bumping over the elevator door tracks and along the breaks in the sidewalk and the voices of people leaving all carried easily into our room. We would just be falling back to sleep when another party would come out of the elevator or down the side walk.
The noise from the room above us was also louder than expected and kept us up until 2 or 3am.
If you're going to stay here I'd suggest requesting a room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator.
We also encountered a cockroach in our room. We only saw one. The rest of the room was clean, neat and free of any other bugs. We looked for more and found all hiding spots empty. It's entirely possible the one cockroach just scurried inside while we were bringing our bags in from the car. I did see a dead one outside on the sidewalk so I guess they are around.
