The staff and the valet were the greatest to us. They would ask if we needed anything and even bring up things that we may have forgotten or didn’t think of.
The amenities were great! Staff was wonderful and helpful. Within walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. Very laid back environment compared to the busier hotels.
Staff are lovely and location perfect. Royal Gardens is walking distance to everywhere! No need to take the Trolley to Ala Moana - it’s a 25m walk to the centre - from your door to Macy’s. It’s 10 minutes in the other direction to the best Poke Bar at Waikiki Beach Walk and an easy 15 minutes to Ross Dress For Less at Seaside Ave. All the buses stop on Kuhio only 200m away to take you to Diamond Head or Bishops Museum or Arizona Memorial or Ala Moana. Perfect!
Very central and while an older building it was a quality building when built.
Great staff and very pleasant place to stay.
Lady teaching hula dancer was outstanding.
Nice comfortable accomodation with good amenities such as in-house free laundry, entertainment room with pool table, Zen Garden for nice relaxing time reading books in the sun and a good sized pool.
