Excellent location — close to everything in the Seaport area and literally door-to-door with Courthouse Station. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and assisted me with a couple of requests. The room was equipped with a large full-length mirror, a good hair dryer, a clothes iron, and an ironing board. The bathroom was always clean. They did not charge for receiving packages, and the pickup process was very straightforward.
Location was easy access to several transportation options, and reasonable walking distance to much of Boston's highlights
The room was extremely comfortable and there was very little noise from other rooms/the street below
The housekeeping staff was superb. They kept the place super clean and always had smiles on their faces. We also really appreciated the water and ice machine in the hallway.
It was nice having cut out spaces for everything in the room. And, the mattresses are super comfortable.
We also enjoyed the mood lighting.
Super clean gym too.
The restaurant employees (Junior, especially) were SUPER friendly and welcoming.
Very comfortable bed, very clean room, great location.
