Houseboat was exactly as pictured. Exceptional clean and in great condition. 1 block from a Publix so location was perfect. Deep water canal with tons of fish and even a visit from the dolphins. We were allowed to check in 4 hours early without even asking. Great place great stay. I was also able to rent a slip for my fishing boat.
A spectacular weekend. It's in a good area, everything is close, clean, and the place is very cozy.
Quiet and peaceful. Loved taking the bikes out for a ride each evening.
Wonderful Location, fun experience staying on a boat. Well equipped- comfortable living area, great kitchenette & walk to grocery.
Loved the free use of bikes and kayaks! Close to the beautiful Sombrero beach. Would definitely come back!
We loved the novelty of staying in a boathouse, the location and view were great, and enjoyed the kayaks. The manatees were a fantastic bonus!
