Second time staying here. Both times have been in the North Tower (Room 701 in 2023 / Room 1007 in 2025). The location is amazing as it is right beside the Promenade and beginning of the boardwalk/strip. The staff was all friendly and helpful when needed and I did see a security guard walking the grounds a few times in the evening. Loading/unloading is tight but the parking garage just across the street was nice and easy to get in/out due to being on a secondary road. The facilities/rooms are dated but each room is ocean front with sliding doors (balcony is a step out/stand on short-to-rail type but still very nice) and the two times we have stayed, both rooms have been clean... so I couldn't ask for much more for the prices. My family and I enjoyed it and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was perfect for me and my two sons. It was clean, right on the beach with a grand view. It was perfectly convenient to everything food, amusement, beach,shopping.

Loved the view! Comfortable, especially just for two people it was perfect!

Great Location. And a separate garage for parking. I thought there was one bathroom, it it was two full baths.
