Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Yankee Clipper Inn is a 1929 art deco mansion in the seaside town of Rockport, Massachusetts. Featuring 55” flat-screen TVs, a seasonal outdoor pool, and an oceanfront gazebo, this historic inn is located 1 mile from downtown Rockport, 4 miles from central Gloucester, and near an abundance of Cape Ann swimming beaches. Complimentary breakfast is served each morning, featuring made-to-order eggs, pancakes, bacon, omelets, and fresh fruit.
Guest rooms are located in one of the property’s three buildings: the Main Building, the Quarterdeck House next door, and the Bulfinch House across the street.

Location by the sea was fabulous. Lots of outdoor seting with amazing views of the ocean.
Ice buckets and ice was a nice touch for wine o clock on the terrace.
Pay extra for a superior sea view; ours was exceptional. Timeless views from the panoramic window out to the Dry Salvages - the third of T S Eliot’s ‘Four Quartets’
The location was stunning staff were so friendly and breakfast was amazing. Loved our stay
My wife and I were in Rockport for a birding experience. Our room overlooked the ocean and our birding began from the comfort of our lovely room. Our room and the whole facility was very nice and the breakfast and the service were excellent.
The view was wonderful and inspiring, very relaxing! You can’t beat the breakfast, outstanding.
We would have liked to have more information on things to do in the area. We were not aware of any special services offered by the hotel.
