Truly excellent: spotlessly clean, high quality bedding, bean to cup coffee 25/7, v good breakfast, kind and helpful staff. 10/10
We only used the hotel to spend the night to visit UofA. It met our expectations.
This is a new (less than a year) property and it’s wonderful….clean, large TV, comfortable bed, simple design….no carpet which we prefer as it feels cleaner…wonderful shower and huge bathroom. The breakfast was fine…choice of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, great coffee, bananas. It’s all we needed. It’s easy off and on to I-20. The staff, James and Linda who checked us in, were very friendly. I didn’t get the morning staff names but they were very friendly too. We love that it’s pet-free and smoke-free!!
Breakfast need to add more options, hot breakfast bar maybe,
The location was great. The only downfall was not having a microwave in the room
