Great hotel. great location. but the staff is what makes this hotel go from great to the best!
I liked the cleanliness, the value, the space and the friendly staff.
The hotel is ideally located in NYC Theater District; perfect walking distance to Broadway shows and local restaurants. The hotel room was small but clean and efficiently configured for the space. The staff was fantastic. They would helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go extra mile whenever needed.
