Spotlessly clean and close to everything. Great communication from owner; great nightly rate. LOTS of space in a new, well appointed townhouse. An A-1 experience; highly recommended!!
Cowart was perfect for us! We only stayed a weekend, but it would be a great property for an extended stay as well. The location is great with lots to do within easy walking distance.
This is a modern three-story townhouse in the south part of downtown Chattanooga, which is a revitalized industrial zone. There is a bedroom with a half bath on the bottom floor, a kitchen and living room area on the second floor, and another bedroom with a full bath on the third floor. You get one parking space. It is walkable to downtown Chattanooga, within a 3 or 4 minute walk to several restaurants. The location is very convenient.

They apartment was so cute! Perfect and so close to everything! It was super clean and so easy to get in and out of. The decor and home feel was amazing!
