The hotel connection between the hotel and the airport was not too clear
The person in charge of the booking was great to deal with. It is a very decent location. The room is nothing fancy, but was clean and adequate at a good price. It is in a safe area within walking distance of the beach (about 3.5 blocks) and is 2.5 blocks from pickup spots for tours. The location is about 3-4 blocks from dining options. If in Honolulu, I would stay here again.
Easy check-in and out. Close to an ABC store, bus stops, and a short walk to the beach.
Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff are great to deal with and messages are delt with promptly.
The bed was super comfy, better than at home. Room had all the stuff needed. Location is also great.
