Отель сам новый и территория чистая, на этом плюсы заканчиваются.
Очень не вкусная еда. В баре под видом свежевыжатого сока продают пакетированный. При уборке номера забывают пополнять мини бар, кофе, чай. Сотрудники отеля в вечернее время без вызова и необходимости самостоятельно (без звонка и стука) заходят в номер и зачем-то закрывают шторы. На пляже сильнейшие отливы, а в период прилива вода выше колен не доходит. Грязный пляж и много медуз. В отеле очевидно не хватает шезлонгов, если не занимать шезлонг в 7 утра, то потом останешься без него. Цены на дополнительный услуги явно необъективно завышены, например, обычный массаж стоит 6000 бат.
