Great hotel and fantastic location just a few kilometers from Khao Yai National Park
Do to my medical needs, I need a quiet environment, Chateau de Khaoyai was the perfect place to stay before my flight as it's 2 hours away from Bangkok.
The place has a charming UK statley home feel to it. The grounds are well maintained and perfect for a stroll.
The best thing about Chateau de Khaoyai was the staff appologies for not remembering names. A special thank you to May who was a tremendous help throughout my stay, as was the gentleman on front desk.
The staff at Demoiselle ( two gentlemen) are so friendly and made dining a special experiance. Being waited on by the other waitress was just plane lovely, constant smiles ans laughter.
Lastly I would like to thank management for my upgrades.
Zeer grote kamer (duplex) met alle mogelijk faciliteiten. Extreem ruimtegevoel, twee badkamers. Heel groot domein. Mooi zwembad, fitness. Personeel was heel erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt was twee keer keuze uit een menu en de derde dag buffetvorm (songkran?). Voldoende kwaliteit.
We are serviced at the Mountain Villa at the far end of the Estate .We love to walk so this one is much appreciated. Huge property with safe spaces to walk around or there are bicycles available to use. The staff are helpful, especially Rachana from the Bar and restaurant . Food offered was on a discount that we it finished all. About 8kmfrom the National Park. Just ask for a car available to go there.
