Clean, tidy, well organised. Property well looked after
The location is excellent. There are 2 outdoor markets & 2 outdoor food courts less than 30 minute walk from condo. As well there are 2 indoor markets about 10 minutes walk. The beach is about a 7 minute walk. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It had everything required for an enjoyable stay. The unit is north facing, so it was not too hot. The host was quick to responsive to questions.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Getting access to the room just required some assistance with the fob/swipe.
Perfect clean place. Perfect location in Hua Hin. We spent 5 enjoyable nights in this quite neighbourhood. Cooking facilities were a bonus. We will stay there again when we visit Hua Hin one day.
We have been travelling to Hua Hin for a number of years to meet up with family member and play golf. Previously we have stayed at Baan Kan Koey. This studio apartment was excellent and homely, and in excellent location for local amenities, 20 minute walk to Hua Hin centre and directly across the road to the beach and Gulf of Thailand sea. In the 3 years we have been away, there have been many changes in particular the amount of traffic around & between town centre and Soi 94, near Bangkok Hospital.
My compliments to the owner BIM and to the office staff at La Casita who were on hand and ready to assist. The Complex is family friendly, for all ages. The pool and gym are fabulous. We will definitely be visiting this accommodation and location again. Thank you BIM, we will be in touch again,
