Quiet (a building shelters the hotel from the busy road), 5min to beach (same COCO beach is pickup/dropoff point for boat snorkeling excursions) restaurants, bars, 7/11 and relaxing massage parlors, linen/towel frequent change, bottled drinking water supplied daily, 24h good wifi, good daily cleaning, wide enough room, wide smart tv with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime... silent fridge, good lift, very helpful owner and staff. All extra requests were promptly dealt with.

Great staff, free breakfast in a nearby cafe. Close to the on of the best beaches on the island. Nice view from the balcony.

Just loved this place. We had a large corner room at the back with views on both sides of mountains & forests. We saw more birds from this room than the rest of the time on the island. Lovely reception and warm welcome. Very comfortable bed. Excellent air con. Table and arm chairs a nice touch. Smart TV with access to Netflix. Good location close to bars and restaurants but slightly back from main road, so quieter at night. 4 minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach through Coconut Resort. Good swimming.

Very helpful and agreeable lady owner/manager, always friendly and aimed to satisfy. The room was clean as were the public spaces in the hotel. It had lots of light, I imagine they are all like that, . The aircon worked fine, the bed was firm, my own preference. I hired a scooter from the hotel, it was cheaper than the local rental shops. Location was very good, shops and restaurants all around and 100m from the beach

Great price/quality in comparison with the expensive, shabby bungalows on the island. Clean hotel, friendly staff, close to supermarkets, gym, restaurants, beach. Free water, kettle in the room. We loved the view on the jungle from our room.
