Отличные апартаменты. Идеальное расположение . Лагуна это особое место с своим комфортом . Бассейн на крыше добавляет комфорта к отдыху . Всё идеально

Снимал для мамы на время отпуска (а сами жили в другом месте в это время). Дорогие апарты за свою площадь. Просят депозит, который никто не просит за такую площадь - 300 долларов. Везде по рынку 200 долларов хоть за 30 квадратов, хоть за 90 квадратов. До этого брали номер в 2 раза больше по площади и дешевле в другой компании, в которой встречали более приветливо и брали меньший депозит и встречали с фруктами. Тут встретили будто мы чем-то обязаны. По номеру: не было пляжных полотенец, а то что было назвать пляжными нельзя. Не было всего набора рыльно-мыльных принадлежностей. Номер рядом с лифтами и ночью слышно их работу, так как изголовье кровати у стены, за которыми лифты. Рядом с апартами комната для мусора и от этого шум, когда ходят туда выбрасывать мусор. Холодильник работал как морозильник - всю еду в нем замораживало. "Кондиционеры выключайте, когда уходите". Однозначно больше у этой компании ничего снимать не планируем и вам не рекомендуем. До этого снимал у других управляющих компаний и всё было куда приятнее.
