Local family went out of their way to make my stay there exceptionally. The father, Wife, Son Little, and daughter. I look for locals from the country to stay with and they treated me like a family member. I travel over 150 days a year and rarely find a place like this. They communicate easily in English. The room with garden view is their best rooms.

Location and the rooms at the back are very quiet, overall the property is pretty quiet. Near to night markets and other places of interest. The host family are welcoming and super helpful people. I’ve stayed here long term twice.

The family that operates this small boutique hotel are good people. My room was very clean. The owners and their son Little were helpful with any questions that I had. The hotel is about 100 meters off the main road which muffled most of the road noise. I travel extensively and rarely give a 9 rating. Very close to nightly food bazaar and ancient Chiang Mai. 5-10 minute walk.

The room was clean and aesthetically beautiful. More beautiful than in 5-star hotel. Has bigger space as well. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and 7-11 Pink Gate wherein there’s food stall set-up. The night market is just walking distance as well. Just 700m away from Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Panthao and on the other side 750m away from famous Neng Earthen Jar Pork Roast.
