Close to the bus station, the staff is visible, & even someone stays up super late to check-in late arrivals at 4am, clean, they provide a towel, there was a/c in the room, and there is a social space outside with tables & chairs. Really good value for the price.
Right next to the bus stop, very nice for anyone with heavy bags after a long bus ride. Motorcycle rental is very above board and convenient to use to check out the ruins of sukhothai city.
Location is great, 100meters from bus station. 24hours desk service, could check in late hours.
Mattress was hard, but not uncomfortable.
Very hot weather, rooms have roof fan, but upgraded room has A/C.
They offer bike/scooter rental.

Near the bus station. Clean bed with free towels. Kind attentive staff. Clean bathroom and showers. Good wifi.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The AC works well
