I love everything from the host itself, who is very helpful and very accommodating. My room is big and spacious, which makes me feel at home and very comfortable.

Amazing location! Super easy checkin and checkout! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The laundry upstairs is a great add-on! Really recommend it!

Perfect for us as a stopover spot in BKK. Check in was easy and Garry was very informative via text with process and took every care to ensure we were set with all knowledge needed. Was also superb the next morning helping us with checking out and arranging luggage storage. Location's good, about a five-ten min walk depending on your walking speed from Sala Daeng and Patpong, and maybe 15 tops to Lumphini Park. 7/11 and other amenities nearby too. Room was clean with fridge, microwave and nice warm shower, bed pretty comfy. Sadly didn't have time to visit the roof but it looks spectacular. Can imagine it would be perfect for a visiting professional or similar.

Great location, great staff. Owners are Thai and Scottish, and there is no problem with the language. So many choices for food, all sorts. Checking out time is 11,but they were so kind to extend it. Great roof top bar,nice view. I'm definitely coming back.

Paul and Garry are very friendly.They gave us clear instruction before our stay. The room was clean and the beds were big and comfortable. Good location for travelers. We also loved the cat on the topfloor. It was so cute and friendly.
