К персоналу и качеству апартаментов претензий нет, все так как они и заявляют, но если вы не хотите попасть в место вокруг которого нет инфраструктуры для отдыха и 10 вечера все умирает не приезжайте сюда - это потраченное время и деньги. Конечно можно взять транспорт в аренду, а можно поселится в другом месте

Manager Sam from the first my day of chat with him was rude and drop off the phone. On any of my concerns he responded that he doesn't care, its not his problem, and he has too many customers, and "cannot care about any of you". After I mentioned I gonna left testimonial, he messaged that "this is business of his brother", therefore they don't affraid of that.
I have been in different places in Thailand, in cheap and expensive, on North and South, but NOWHERE I got such a terrible service.
Менеджер Сэм вообще заблочил меня в воцапе, сказав, что плевать он хотел на мои отзывы, что бизнес этот принадлежит его брату, и ему все-равно ничего не будет. Я живу в Тайланде несколько лет, был в разных его частях, десятках отелей, дорогих и дешевых, но такого кошмара не встречал нигде. Это не менеджер, а какая то хамка-завхоз из советского пансионата 91-го года: "Вас много, я одна". Держитесь от этого места подальше.
