The hotel was excellent, with a spacious room, great breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. The location was good for walking to local markets and for access to the train system. They even had free snacks in the fridge and lobby. We intend to stay here again whenever we return to Taipei.

The hotel room very clean , I love the corner room even downgrade it. The staffs very nice able to remember us. Service well with car parking lot. Breakfast is good , the menue changes everyday We stayed total 2 booking and 4 nights we will be back

Staff was so exceptional. Sally, Mei, Eddie, Steve, I apologize I don't remember the names. But everyone, really, was exceptional. The room was very comfortable. This is not a brand new building but certainly still very comfortable. I do not hesitate to recommend. The bathroom was so generous, bathtub was lovely. My room was at the back and the view was not pleasing but I never had any traffic noise.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help with finding and scheduling activities and restaurants and suggestions for finding places to eat on Chinese New Years Eve when most things are closed.
