I have been staining for a month and a half in the Chapter with my wife and infant and it was more than a home on a foreign land. We got a wide to rooms apartment with two bathrooms and showers, dryer and washer, large kitchen and a living room. Apartment that made our stay in Tainan to be easier. The staff of the Chapter is remarkable. For a non mandarin speaker i got help in every little to big issue - regulations or just Uber eats thing, all with a big smile and kindness from the stuff. Every request about the room was immediately handled and solved. Even when i told them i need to last my staying they managed to fix all schedule to fit to me and my family. Just so happy that i have made this trip at the Chapter.

Spacious rooms. Modern ensuite and furnishings. Elevator. On site complimentary car parking. Central location.

Clean uncluttered, spacious! Shower room very modern and perfect water pressure. Staff charged us about $10 usd for each hour of early check in which was fine but we had to keep asking if it was possible.

Location was great, next to two famous bar in Tainan (TCRC and PHOWA). There is also parking garage at the property (need reservation). Though the street is very small, so you cannot easily get to the building with a large car. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also provided several recommendations nearby (like places to visit or food spots) One thing, if you are going to have the famous beef soup, don’t visit Tainan on a Monday. :)

Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it. The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues. Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.
