Staff, particularly the front desk staff and the housekeeping cleaning staff are very good. The room was good size and very clean. Everything worked in the room. One particular front desk lady was really great-she even drove me in the hotel van to the train station when I checked out. The location of the hotel is very good for my long morning walks. I can reach Meilun Riverside in about 5 minutes and from there can go on a great 2 hour walk. Breakfast was Chinese food, and was OK. Coffee very good. This is obviously a well-managed hotel.

Great location a few steps from the train and bus station. Clean and comfortable room with good lighting and breakfast is included
The room size was nice and rooms were clean. Bathrooms were in separate room. The room we had, had a very large king size bed. The hotel was clean and attractive. They held our luggage for us when we arrived early and had umbrellas for us to use. It was very close to Hualien train station. Walkable to many restaurants.
5min walk from Hualien Train Station. Nice and quiet area. Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
