One of the best hotel we stayed on this trip. Impeccable guest service. Spacious room. Delicious food. Great location and relaxing settings!

Breakfast was excellent. Spacious room with onsen. The location is great for lake view but not in town. A la carte dinner was good but expensive. I was disappointed with the restaurants in town actually so the hotel was the best option. I was too busy to enjoy the pool and spa, but it made a hood impression

Lovely stay! Pricey but you get the 5 star experience. Hotel had bus picked us up from the high speed rail and drove us to hotel and back. Staff was professional and helpful. Modern hotel, very nice amenities. One of the nicest hotel we have been to. Our package had breakfast and dinner included at the buffet. The food was delicious. Breakfast is served until 12 so you can come in/out as often as you want so we went in a second time around 11 to get some food as a early lunch. Pool/hot spring area was very nice! Need a swim cap. View from hotel was gorgeous. Good walk trail around the lake from the hotel.
