The complementary ice cream, coffee and other things were very nice.
It's near many bus stations, the staff were helpful and patient. I super love their snack bar, especially mocha coffee, it kept me warm this cold weather. The room was clean and has windows, the only downside that it doesn't have any hanging bar, but it didn't affect my experiences. And I have to applaud their shower, a very thoughtful design. Overall, I had a good stay and will book them again for my next visit to Taiwan.
The hotel staff were so kind, accommodating, and efficient. They helped with calling our taxis and patiently answering our questions about the area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the 11th floor was beautiful. The 24-hour lounge on the 2nd floor providing cocoa, coffee, instant soup, cookies, ice cream was so nice. The surrounding area is vibrant with local markets, restaurants, and many convenience stores next to the hotel. Our stay truly was home away from home. Highly recommended!
Close to MRT and to Tamsui River Cycling / Run Path; Therefore if somebody likes to go jogging in the morning or leave the city center by bicycle it's a good option because the Tamsui Cycling Path is closed by;
