整體還不錯。
優點：
1.離夜市近。
2.早餐很讚。
3.空間大。
缺點：
1.冷氣無法調整溫度。
2.浴室沒有可吊掛放置毛巾跟衣物的地方。
3.電視解析度比較差。
地點超級方便，房間也非常大，餐點可以選擇早餐或午餐，甚至有免費宵夜的海產粥，碰到連假也不亂漲房租，很實在的住宿，以房租和設備而言，算是中規中矩！
二訪，這次住普通房型，整體體驗不錯，環境清幽，晚餐也能去附近的餐廳或夜市解決很方便
這次可能房間位置比較靠外，手機網路收訊比較好，所以沒有用到旅館的WIFI
櫃台接待人員跟餐廳阿姨都一樣友善親切
CP值高：端午連假入住2880元，附宵夜、早餐，備品還有入浴劑
位置：超好，走路到花園夜市7分鐘，可以買完美食回房間慢慢吃，也有便利商店。
環境：房間打掃得很乾淨。
服務態度：不論是櫃檯人員還是餐廳阿姨，都十分親切友善。
每到台南就只想到京華，地理位置方便，價格合理，晚上也很安靜，附近還有夜市可以逛，還有宵夜可以享用，又有簡單的早餐。
