Location was nice, rooms are very nice, exactly as seen online and easy walking to MRT and other loactions.

Good location close to eateries and shops. Very convenient in terms of airport transportation, & other places such as 101.

I had issues communicating with staff by chat when I requested room date change.. They were slow to respond and I even called. But they were hesitant to change as they said I am out of the change window ( 7 days, not the usual 3 days with other places). So, out of desperation I changed my itinerary in order to stick with the reservation date. But when I made that original request, the reply I got was "DENIED". That was rude and terse and I shot back. They then responded with a paragraph. Anyway, the room was very nice and spacious but I think the location made them under reserved. Location did work out for me as my relatives were close enough by a short 10 min ride and I was visiting another relative in a nearby hospital. For that neihu location, I overpaid by quite a bit compared to the other dates that were available. The staffs were much nicer when you deal with them in person. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities were great.

Location is number one. It’s on an airport shuttle route, which is so nice. Customer service is very good. I omitted the breakfast option so could not tell. Lots of eateries around the hotel, including traditional Taiwanese food.
