All the staff members were so friendly and helpful. I loved staying with them :)
At first I was disappointed that there was no elevator (I am old and infirm) but without prompting the amazing staff assisted me up the stairs and carried my luggage to the 2nd floor for me. I can not reccomended them highly enough!
The staff really is the cutest. Friendly, helpful, overcoming language barriers, offering mochi when you least expect it.
There is free coffee and tea all day.
The location is also great!

Rooms are spacious and very clean and payment can be done via credit card, no cash needed.
Easy location to explore Tainan. Will definitely recommend.
