Staff were excellent.
Bed was comfortable.
Quiet area near metro stations and many restaurants.
They provide their own map highlighting the local area very well.
The staff are very polite and helpful, shout out to Allen of the reception
The staff were very accommodating and understanding especially when I experienced mishap on my way to the hotel. Hotel was near an MRT station as well as the night market which is a big plus. An even bigger plus is their laundry area. And also a map was provided for easy access to other transpo and dining options.
Close by MRT. There's espresso machine in the lobby, so no need to pay for coffee/espresso. There's also free popcorn in the afternoon. They have water stations on every floor and in the lobby, so no need to buy water.
It's a cute little hotel. The room was small but comfy, the bed soft, the bathroom clean. It's a bit away from the train station, but right by one of the night markets, close to KRT stations, and altogether easy enough spot to explore the city. The views were nice too.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, speak great English.
