Loved the bathtub with fresh hot spring water. Great service and room was wonderfully clean and well designed. The indoor playground was well designed and sufficiently spacious for toddlers. Great food options around the hotel.
It’s a great base for families who don’t want to stay in the hotel all day (if you do- go to Silks place).
My father stayed in the room to be close to the grandkids. His king room was very spacious and located in the main building. The breakfast buffet and drinks in the room being included in the room price were very nice. The bed and hot spring bathtub was very comfortable, he really enjoyed his stay.
Beautiful property and very kid friendly. The rooms were clean and huge for a family of 4 (2 little ones) and a fantastic bathroom with a hot spring bath tub!
They even prepped the room with kid friendly items like a step tool for the sink, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush and a Nintendo switch! Drinks and snacks were complementary in the room. In the main building, the kids playroom was a hit and allowed our kids to play when they wanted - it included a small outdoor area which was nice for the kids to shoot some basketball and run around more. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread, although the selection was similar every day (we stayed for 3 nights), there was so much food that we were able to eat different things everyday. The service was also on point throughout stay, every one was friendly and accommodating. We will return.

Kids room, family friendly swimming pool with waterfall, open air hot spring, and free bike rental service. My family including the seniors had a blast in the hotel. The morning walks to nearby attractions organized by the hotel was also very nice.
