Beautifully clean and modern. Basic room but perfect for our stay.
The hotel is well staffed, and the staff a friendly and attentive. The free snacks in the lobby as also a nice touch. Great access to Taipie Metro and Taipei Main with a subway enterance litterally outside the hotel.
Clean, central location with easy access to transport n food. Also enjoyed the free happy hour teatime snacks.
Bedroom was Great with soundproof walls n firm beds.
Location is very convenient. Staff is nice with responsive and good communication right after booking and during check-in. I like the mirror so much, also the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash quality is good, I love them.
Beautiful lobby and very clean rooms. They paid attention to the messages I sent them that I am sensitive to dust and even put an air purifier in the room for me.
I also mentioned it was my birthday and there were balloons on the bed to wish me. I was also given a gift.
They don't have buffet breakfast but lots of food options just downstairs and in the area.
I would definitely come back again with my family as they have family friendly facilities that children will love.
Lots of nice photo taking ops too due the the cute lobby.
