The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Sanduo shopping district & MRT, easy to get around, plus the LRT aboveground tram loop was a simple walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great comfortable beds and pillows. The reception area had a really fabulous smell to it! The breakfast although slightly limited was enough. Would highly recommend staying here.
Good location. Excellent Japanese food at the Slow Snail Restaurant a 15 minute walk.
Lots of space and comfortable beds. We were renting a car after our stay and had arranged a ride to the rental company with the hotel. They called a little while later and made sure that somebody was helping us. That level of service was very appreciated.
The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. The facilities are beautiful. Our room was spacious and very well equipped. Great location.

Also they install the filter water in every room which is over the moon!! I just loved Silk club sooo much!!
