The rooms are spacious, the facilities are very good. Kids room are fun, and the staff is very good at entertaining the kids with fun things. The pool area is nice and there is a small cafe where you can get snacks and drinks. The breakfast is overall international and there is something for everyone.
The staff is one of the absolute best things about the hotel. They were so friendly and took very good care of us. We used a lot of Google translate because of the language barrier, but that was not a problem. We communicated very well that way. We had a very nice weekend here.

環境設備和房間新穎乾淨，舒適且清潔度佳。
夏日期間開放的露天泳池很棒，即使規定需大人在場陪同，開放時間也都有救生人員在場邊，品質很好且感受到用心的文旅。
非常不錯，但遊戲區需使用代幣，金額有點小貴，而一間房間只贈送兩枚代幣太少了！
館內香香的感覺很棒，隔音做得很好！
服務人員親切有禮，早餐素食有滿多可選，滿合口味的。先生覺得炸雞特別好吃！吃早餐時，看到有小朋友盛飲料搖搖晃晃的走著，服務人員馬上主動幫忙端到位置上，很是細心，可惜我忘了記下她的名字！遊戲室不限年齡，有大小孩可以玩的機台，小小孩也有可以玩的區域，雖然不大但是有加分，小孩們玩的很開心！這次前往住宿也拿到了飯店贈送的伴手禮，覺得賓至如歸！
四人房採光明亮，房間非常乾淨！房間有膠囊咖啡機、好吃的迎賓點心；廁所則是採用跟蘭城晶英同一款的免治馬桶❤️ 頂樓的兒童遊戲空間很有誠意，晚上如果想逛羅東夜市，可以跟一樓櫃檯人員預約接駁車（只有去程，回程需自己搭計程車）早餐也好吃，推薦親子家庭可以放心住宿唷！
