The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Max runs tours too and so meeting and discussing with happy people and I recommend for people who want a nice social atmosphere.
Max even helped post things I left behind ahead of my journey within a day of me realising with no issue.
Showers were powerful, didn't take long to heat up.

Great location right off of Old Street! The beds were super comfortable clean. The showers and toilets were super clean with a great communal washbasin. Never had to wait for a toilet or shower!
There’s a great rooftop deck with amazing views! Ellie was so so sweet and everyone was excited to hang out and go out for meals together. So worth seeing the town at night when the Taipei crowds have left. Highly recommend this location!
