I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cloud Arena, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helpful, responding promptly to all my queries and making me feel right at home. The room was lovely, clean, and very affordable - a true value for money. The auntie who cleaned my room was so kind and friendly, adding a personal touch to my stay. The breakfast options were okay, but I appreciated the healthy choices available. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the station and situated in a safe and accessible area, perfect for exploring the many nearby tourist attractions. The surrounding shopping district is upscale and bougie, making for a great atmosphere.

I like the place near from mrt station, 7-11, family mart and shopping centre...and also restuarant around the place.roaming around you discover public market you can find fruits and food.....

The cleanest and location of the property is near a train station and commercial areas, the Taipei main station was 3 stations

Staff is very helpful. We came early, kept our luggages till check in. Offer to book taxi to Taoyuan international airport. ALICE is very kind to make sure we get our taxi. She went with us downstairs to identify our taxi. We would not know which taxi without her.

Convenient location, nice complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with anything you need like essential stuff (towels, bottle water, etc) I had the window room and it’s nice to look outside the building.
