Best shower of our entire 2-week stay in Tanzania and a comfortable night's sleep on a good mattress in a quiet room with efficient air conditioning. Useful clothes hanging space in a wardrobe, plus a desk/dressing table in the room. Helpful staff, especially the 'boss' Stella who speaks excellent English having lived in US for many years.
It’s central and the staff are amazing- highly recommended
Stella the hostess was excellent and took care of whatever need we had even to the point of requesting the chef to accommodate our craving for briyani on a day it was not being offered.
Like an oasis in Dar es salaam. Beautiful gardens and a great breakfast included in the rate. The room had good working aircon and was very clean. Stella was so helpful through our whole experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.
We had a wonderful time at Haika Lodge where we stayed for three nights. The place felt safe and the rooms were clean. The host Stella, showed us how move around in the city and helped with recommendations and excursions. The Lodge also had a restaurant with local food. I you want a authentic local experience this is the place to go.
