The property was clean, customer service was great but need more English speakers, at times it gets hard to communicate clearly.
This is our second trip to this resort within four months. Staff are absolutely amazing and very friendly.
We enjoyed it again.
White sand, nice pool, great weather and cold drinks. All you need on a holiday like this
The staff are amazing - very friendly and they just do the best they can at all times for the guests.
Location is 1 hour from the airport but this is fine for any city in the world so we cant complain about this.
Food is excellent, just breakfast could be a little better if you have to be picky but it would not stop me from going there again.
Service is great
The Spa was great, beach was amazing, location of the hotel was very good, value for all inclusive was worth it, restaurants were mostly good, rooms were nice, the great majority of the people working there are amazingly kind, fun, attentive and funny.
The beach is full of marine plants, in this area if you don't have a pool you can't enjoy your vacation. There is only one beach in the entire island where you can stay all day and swim. The resort was nice, staff friendly, food only with local spices, even the pastas and pizza, so if you don't like spices, you will eat fruits.
