Nice small hotel with big rooms. You can come and go how you like and it was very close to the beach.

Large rooms with fan and air conditioning. Very relaxing and perfect for a good night sleep. Great breakfast in a cozy and traditional hut. Just 2 minutes walking from the beach, bars and restaurants. There are a lot of activities and tours to do in the area. Absolutely recommend for the price and service offered!

Shamba Lodge is a great place to stay in Nungwi. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. The best part is the amazing staff. Ali is so friendly and helpful, one day he even went to the Dala Dala Station with us and talked to the driver to make sure we would get local price. Also, because my wife is afraid of dogs and Shamba Lodge has a German shephard (which we didn't know before coming), Ali made sure that the dog was not walking around anytime when we left or arrived at the lodge, which made my wife feel a lot more comfortable during our stay. Nice big room with balcony. Really good Wifi and aircondition. Simple breakfast, but for the price for the night I would not expect any breakfast. Few nice local restaurants in walking distance. Beach 5 minutes walk. It’s not the nicest beach but during high tide is fine.

It was more or less like a private home. There are only 3 rooms for renting.
