Perfect location right at the beach. Incredible staff. Very delicious food. Can organise great tours. Very comfy beds
An excellent hostel with an excellent location. Right off the beach, they have their own boat to take you on tours of the Kilwa ruins or epic snorkeling adventures in the stunning coral reefs. The guide was knowledgeable, providing me with a first-time snorkeling lessons and an exciting history of the ruins. The hostel space itself is beautiful and pleasantly relaxing, I enjoyed stargazing on the rooftop balcony at night with a cold beer in-hand.
Hostel is really nicely designed with a fantastic location right on the beach. The food was fantastic and really enjoyed the tour to Kilwa Kisiwani and Songo Mnara.
The staff was very welcoming and despite the rain they made our stay very comfortable. We did the tour to the island which was wonderful and the guide was very knowledgable. I would definetly recommend. There are not many places in Kilwa to go, but if you are with friends and prepared for a slow weekend it is a great place.
Breakfast was delicious and the location perfect for winding down! I can really recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet refuge
