Elena is a Gem. She made the difference. The location is great.
The employees are AMAZING! Very kind and helpful all the time!! I really enjoyed this! Breakfast was very good, room is clean, and the place is well maintained! I got impressed with the resting areas too, and the rooftop view, amazing at sunset!
Elena, the owner, is amazing! Both before we came and during our stay, she was a Godsend helping get us reservations at the top New Year's Eve party and then day we were leaving getting my husband replacement insulin for his diabetes. She was a lifesaver. All her team work hard to help in any way, special thanks to Nassar and Omar.
The staff!!! Nice and clean rooms, but two guards who open the doors and serve breakfast made us feel like home. Breakfast is very nice and tasty.
The fact that most attraction and other outside restaurants were on a walking distance of less than 10mins walk was a bonus.
