I liked the environment and the staff. The rooms were nice. The place gave homely vibes.
I really enjoyed my stay at moivaro eco hostel. The hostel is very close to lake Duluti and venerate orphanage. The hosts were very happy to organise transport and tours whenever we needed. The new bar set up was lovely also
My stay at the hostel was simply amazing. Although the hostel is small, it has a very homely atmosphere that quickly makes you feel at home. It is lovingly decorated and has a beautiful garden with a variety of plants. Currently, the two hosts are also in the process of building a new area that will definitely enhance the cozy life at the hostel. I especially want to highlight how kind and accommodating the two hosts are. They are always available and make every effort to ensure we have the best possible time. They even organize excursions and are very knowledgeable about the city. All in all, it was a truly wonderful stay at the hostel and especially in the beautiful country of Tanzania.
The people make the place and the staff were just beautiful. They’ve made a gorgeous, welcoming, homey accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone travelling through Tanzania wanting to feel safe and comfortable.
It's a great place, especially for backpackers! The value for money is very good and the hostel is owned and run by a nice and young team. The rooms are cozy and clean and most of the furniture and decoration is home-made. What I really liked is that it's not very touristy and we really got some insights into the local culture. Every other night the hosts made a bonfire where we just sat and talked and they even taught us a little bit of Swahili! We also joined one of their cooking lessons and it was really nice to learn how to make some Tanzanian dishes. During the day they organised a coffee tour and a trip to lake Duluti for us. We really felt like we were in good hands with them and they always helped us with anything we needed. The place is still brand new and although it’s already great, apparently some more improvements are on the way so we would love to visit again in the future!
