BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. THIS APT WAS HUGE (11OO0 SQ FT) AND TASTEFULLY FURNISHED.i HAVE STAYED IN NUMEROUS APTS. BUT NONE COULD COMPARE WITH THIS ONE. GREAT VALUE FOR $ FOR 2 COUPLES OR FAMILY.
