The property was clean and spacious, great location and safe. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, he made everything comfortable and helped us out. Great decoration and mood. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Tunis.

Lovely traditional styled home with the white and blue paint, large pull handle door, window shutters, and cafe nook inside the courtyard. The apartment has everything you need. Great kitchen and laundry. Location was perfect for for heading up the street to the viewpoint, grocery, and restaurant. The host was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the apartment and some details about the area to get us started. Glad we stayed here and got a sense of Tunisian life.

This place is awesome! Very good location. At night is very quiet and peaceful. It’s just 5 minutes walk to the sidi bou said center and at night one can visit the sports cafes to catch up with a soccer game. The local Tibetan food is available near by. This place has beautiful bathrooms and a nice small kitchen. There is a laundry machine available inside as well. It perfect for short and long term stays. I liked the bed . It was so comfortable.

Everything about this property is remarkable. Spotlessly clean, spacious and light, well appointed and with every amenity a traveller could hope for. Soaps, shampoos, makeup removers, tissues. The spacious kitchen was well outfitted for my cooking meals with good utensils and ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar , coffee and tea. The refrigerator was stocked with items for breakfast. Quiet. Good heating for winter, great television options. And, as good as this property is, Youssef himself outshines it with his wonderful hospitality. Chez ADAC is a gem .

We had a genuinely comfortable stay in Chez ADAC thanks to Yousef and Sind. The location is very quiet and safe. Having the kitchen made us feel at home. I strongly recommend the place.
